One of MTV’s “Teen Mom 2” stars is rumored to be headed for rehab. Following allegations that Leah Calvert has been abusing drugs and may be headed for a divorce, the network is considering sending the mother of three to receive treatment, InTouch Weekly is reporting.

Last month, rumors circulated that Leah, 22, had an affair with her ex-boyfriend Robbie Kidd, who was involved in a drug-related arrest in September. Her husband Jeremy, 25, refueled the rumors by calling Leah a “slut” in a since-deleted tweet. Shortly after the cheating allegations surfaced, a “drug dealer” told InTouch Weekly that Leah had been abusing painkillers “for years,” and had spent thousands on illegally obtained prescription medications like Vicodin and Oxycodone.

In the magazine’s Nov 17. print issue, "insiders" reported that Leah’s loved ones are concerned for the reality-TV star and are planning to stage an intervention. “Leah’s not in a good place right now. She’s lost,” one said. “Her friends think she needs rehab.”

Leah’s friends are not the only ones who think she needs help; executives at MTV are also said to be concerned about their “Teen Mom 2” star’s well-being. The network is reportedly mulling over the idea of sending Leah to the same rehab facility her co-star Jenelle Evans and “Teen Mom” star Amber Portwood previously visited for their drug problems. “MTV would foot the bill,” said a source. "They’re as shocked about this as the fans and genuinely want her to get help."

While Leah denies she has been abusing drugs and says her relationship with Jeremy is back on track, those closest to her are still reportedly fearful her alleged drug habits may put her children, Adalynn, 1, and twins with ex-husband Corey Simms, Ali and Aleeah, 4, at risk. “It’s scary. She’ll be in the middle of talking and just drift of,” an insider said. “It makes you wonder what happens when she’s alone with the kids.”

Leah’s plans for rehab may be up in the air, but the tabloid claims her marriage with Jeremy, a pipeline engineer, is close to coming to an end. Following speculation that Jeremy was considering filing for divorce, insiders told InTouch he is now moving forward with his plans to officially split from Leah after two years of marriage. “He’s definitely already met with lawyers and is definitely filing,” an insider said. “He’s over Leah.”

Last month, Ashley’s Reality Roundup reported that Leah’s drug and marital issues have been holding up the filming for “Teen Mom 2” Season 6. While her fellow cast members, Jenelle Evans, Chelsea Houska and Kailyn Lowry, have already signed on for the new season, as of Oct. 23, Leah and Jeremy had yet to return their contracts to MTV.

Rumors of Leah’s drug use first came to light in August after a prescribed anti-anxiety medication had her slurring her words during Season 5 of the MTV series. In one scene, she infamously told Jeremy that taking the medication made her feel “druggy."
