‘Teen Mom OG’ Star Kailyn Lowry Flaunts Curves At MTV Movie Awards After Getting Plastic Surgery [PHOTOS]

Kailyn Lowry showed off her new slimmer physique at the 2016 MTV Movie Awards in a form-fitting black dress with thigh-high slits and a low neckline. The mom of two and star of MTV’s “Teen Mom OG” underwent plastic surgery in January.

Dr. Michael Salzhauer, aka Dr. Miami​, performed a Brazilian butt lift, a tummy tuck and liposuction on her neck, People magazine reported. The celebrity doctor, who also performed procedures on “Teen Mom 3” stars Brittany DeJesus and Briana DeJesus, is known for documenting his patients’ operations on his Snapchat page.

Kailyn attended the awards show, which airs Sunday night, with ex-boyfriend and fellow “Teen Mom OG” star Jo Rivera. As previously reported, Jo recently got engaged to his longtime love Vee Torres.

Kailyn’s appearance at the Movie Awards was her first red carpet gig since undergoing surgery. Shortly after the operation, the 24-year-old slammed reports she had butt implants and also denied she had her lips plumped.

Even though she’s received some backlash for going under the knife, husband Javi Marroquin tweeted he supported her decision. “Whatever is going to make her happy, then I ride with her. Feel better babe @KailLowry,” he posted in January.

In addition to getting plastic surgery, Kailyn has also been wearing a waist trainer to help her shrink down. She posted an Instagram photo of her wearing a pink and black waist trainer Thursday, writing, “I’m Finally on my second row! One more to go. I’m love waist training in my @colombianwaist cincher. The results are amazing. I’m wearing a size Large & I wear mine 6 hrs daily.”
