Teen Wolf Theo
Theo (Cody Christian) will be different in “Teen Wolf” Season 6, but is he capable of being a good guy? MTV

There’s nothing like a trip to hell to make someone a little nicer. Cody Christian revealed that his character Theo will be a little different when he returns to MTV’s “Teen Wolf” for Season 6.

“We will see a new side to him, and I’m very, very excited to share that side with the fans. It’s still going to be Theo,” Christian explained to Zap2It. “It’s still going to be the guy that we love to hate, however, there's going to be this level of humanity towards him.”

When “Teen Wolf” last showed Theo, he had no one on his side anymore. His dead sister suddenly popped up and pulled him into a hole in the ground. It sounds like the experience will give him a little humility.

“He failed, he lost this game that he was playing, and he got dragged into hell by his sister that he killed. So I can only imagine the guilt that he’s forcing to swallow. There’s just a new side, this vulnerability that’s there, and it’s present.”

Theo’s return was announced after months of speculation at San Diego Comic-Con in July. Christian hinted at the time that the villain could be looking for forgiveness. “When he makes his return into Season 6, I think he’s just grateful to be alive, or at least, that’s what I felt playing the character,” he told TVLine. “[He is] just kind of figuring out what’s important to him and kind of just going down this path of redemption.”

It would seem like helping the pack take down any new evil in Beacon Hills would be the best way to be redeemed, but viewers will have to tune in to see if Theo has become a good guy. He won’t have much time to earn Scott’s (Tyler Posey) forgiveness, though. “Teen Wolf” will end with Season 6, but luckily, Scott might be too concerned with other villains to hold a grudge against Theo. He’ll have to deal with Ghost Riders, who can erase people from existence, and a Nazi werewolf, so he’ll need all the help he can get. Get more details on the final season’s bad guys HERE.

“Teen Wolf” Season 6 premieres Tuesday, Nov. 15, on MTV.
