Titled "Inherit the Crown," "Tokyo Revengers" 242 offered details about Tekemichi's newly founded group. After Mitsuya scrapped the Thousand Winters' uniform, Takemichi decided to officially call the gang the second generation of the Tokyo Manji gang.

Interestingly, the gang's uniform is similar to that of the first-generation Toman, except the new one has "second generation" embroidered on its sleeves. The time-traveler is the gang's new captain while Chifuyu is the new vice-captain.

The first division of the new Toman gang is headed by Inupi. Under his leadership are Takemichi's friends — Akkun, Yamagishi and Takuya Makoto. Mitsuya heads the second division while his vice-captain is Hakai.

The third division is captained by Haruki Hayashida and under him is Ryohe Hayashi. Meanwhile, Angry and Smiley are the captain and vice-captain of Toman's fourth division. As for Toman's fifth division, it is headed by Senju Karawagi, the former leader of the Brahman gang, alongside her brother Takeomi, who is probably her vice-captain.
