As Justin Bieber and his new wife Hailey Baldwin prepare to celebrate the holidays, a new report claims Selena Gomez has been “struggling” to move on from the relationship she once shared with the “Baby” singer.

Gomez and Bieber ended their on and off romance in March of this year, but by October, the “Purpose” artist confirmed he was married to the 22-year-old model. Since then, the “Back to You” songstress has been hospitalized and dealing with several personal issues.

In Touch Weekly has reported that one of those issues is accepting Bieber and Baldwin’s marriage. “I don’t know if she’ll ever be over Justin,” an unidentified source told the site.

The insider claimed Gomez feels “so lonely” and is “still heartbroken” about her split with Bieber. The 26-year-old is reportedly dreading the thought of being single during the holidays. “The exchange of gifts, kissing under the mistletoe, decorating the tree together, and other romantic gestures… it’s hard not to think of Justin.”

The supposed confidant went on to suggest Gomez is disappointed about spending the holidays without Bieber by her side. “[Selena] finds it upsetting that this year she’ll be replaced by Hailey and is having difficulty trying not to imagine all the nice things the newlyweds will be doing together,” the “source” alleged.

While there has been no confirmation Gomez is actually torn up about her break up with Bieber, in October, People reported the “13 Reasons Why” producer was seeking professional help after having an emotional breakdown.

“She realized she needed to seek additional help for her ongoing emotional issues. She’s surrounded by close family and has a lot of support. She’s doing better now and is seeking treatment on the East Coast,” an insider explained.

At the time, Gomez was reportedly stressed about being hospitalized for a low white blood cell count, months after receiving a kidney transplant.
