"Vanderpump Rules" star Brock Davies has admitted to slapping his ex-wife once and said their situation at that time was "toxic." However, he told Lisa Vanderpump that he's not proud of what he did back then and he's not the same person today as he was a decade ago.

Davies' admission came after his revelation last week that he had not spoken to his children in nearly four years. During Tuesday's episode of "Vanderpump Rules," he answered the questions brought forth by Lala Kent about his situation with his ex.

"Obviously, I just want to make sure you guys understand I have a history," the Australian personal trainer told his castmates, including fiancée Scheana Shay, while they were gathered at Vanderpump's home. "But I've learned from all my mistakes I've made," he added.

Pulling Vanderpump aside, he acknowledged that he isn't proud of his past actions.

"The person I am today isn't that person I was 10 years ago. I tried to have a brief conversation with Lala. I thought she would understand—look, it's more complicated than me kicking in the front door and seeing my kids. The situation between me and my ex was toxic, and yeah, there was an instance one time. And I did slap my partner. I did. I'm not proud of that," he explained.

Davies also clarified that the domestic abuse incident happened when he was 19, and the restraining order his ex-wife later placed against him did not have anything to do with that.

"We had an argument and I slapped her. Following that, we moved to France. My little boy was born, we separated," he recalled.

He said they pressed the domestic violence order on him following an argument with his ex and her dad, after they had found that his ex was pregnant with his little girl.

"We separated, she then took my kids away from me. I then needed to go to court, appeal it. We went to court and it was lifted," he revealed.

Davies said his ex-wife has since remarried and welcomed another child with her new spouse. He also gushed about Shay, saying she has made him a better person and that she is his "everything."
