Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's daughter is now 6 months old, and her "sweet-natured" personality is starting to emerge, a report says.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, who are also parents to 2-year-old Archie, welcomed their second child Lilibet "Lili" Diana on June 4.

At 6 months, Lili is "such a sweet-natured baby and a real joy to be around," an unnamed insider told Us Weekly.

"They’re keeping a note of all her new exciting milestones," the source said of her proud parents. "It's amazing how quickly she's growing."

According to the insider, Prince Harry and Markle "feel so fortunate to be in the position they're in today" and never take anything for granted.

The couple reportedly plans to give back and "do something to help others" this holiday season.

While the Sussexes have yet to publicly share a photo of their daughter, they have been giving updates about her growth over the past six months.

While chatting with fellow dad Ed Sheeran during a private garden party in July, Prince Harry said that being a father of two is "definitely a juggle."

"We've been lucky so far," Prince Harry said while talking to another guest, according to People. "She's very chilled and seems happy to just sit there while Archie is running around like crazy."

When the royal couple visited New York City in September, Markle gave a rare update about her daughter when someone asked her, "Meghan, how's Lilibet?" The mom of two gave a short but sweet response, saying, "She's beautiful."

Markle also revealed their daughter's newest milestone when she appeared on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" in November. According to the former "Suits" star, Lili was already teething.

When Markle said that she would do "anything to relieve that" pain for her daughter, host Ellen DeGeneres replied, "Tequila, anything. … That's why I don't have kids." Markle replied, "That’s Auntie Ellen for you."

Markle also told DeGeneres that for her first Halloween, Lili went as a skunk "like Flower from Bambi." Archie was a dinosaur, but the 2-year-old only wore it for "about five minutes," the duchess said.

"We wanted to do something fun for the kids, and then the kids were just not into it at all," she said on "Ellen" with a laugh.

An unnamed source told Us Weekly back in June that Archie "adores" his little sister and gives her "lots of kisses," noting, "He's held her with the help of his parents."
