When And How To Watch ‘Grace And Frankie’ Season 2 On Netflix
The ladies are back! “Grace and Frankie” Season 2 is set to hit Netflix on Friday. After last year’s cliffhanger, where Frankie ended up in bed with her gay ex-husband, fans are going to want to tune in right away. Luckily, all the information you need to be the first to stream the comedy is below.
Netflix releases titles to the East and West coasts at the same time. That means everyone has to wait for it to be midnight in California (3 a.m. EDT) before the new episodes are posted. Fans better have the coffee ready if they’re going to binge-watch.
The series is available only on Netflix, so make sure you have an account. The streaming service starts at $7.99 a month, but new users can take advantage of a free trial. Thirty days is more than enough time to watch all 13 episodes. Netflix subscribers can watch on a computer or laptop, but the Netflix app can be used to watch on tablets and smartphones too.
“Grace and Frankie” follows two very different women, played by Jane Fonda and Lily Tomlin respectively, whose husbands have always been best friends. Their worlds are turned upside down when their husbands, Sol (Sam Waterston) and Robert (Martin Sheen), reveal that they’ve been lovers for years. The men want to divorce the women and marry each other. But last season’s cliffhanger where Frankie slept with Sol might complicate those plans.

Expect Grace and Frankie’s families to become even more intertwined in Season 2. June Diane Raphael told International Business Times in February that her character Brianna, Grace’s daughter, would be working with Frankie. “We’re kind of in business together, and it’s insanity,” Raphael said. “It’s just deeper and funnier, I think. It’s definitely better than the first [season], and I thought the first was pretty good.”
