Reports have indicated that Xiaomi’s upcoming flagship, the Xiaomi Mi 6 would be announced Tuesday. However, the Chinese manufacturer has now confirmed the device will be unveiled April 19. It’s highlighted feature is expected to be a 12-megapixel dual-camera setup, with an IMX 386 sensor by Sony, in addition to an 8-megapixel front camera.

There may be a standard Xiaomi Mi 6 model with a 5.1-inch or 5.2-inch Full HD display and a Xiaomi Mi 6 Plus with a 5.7-inch Quad HD display. In addition, rumors suggest two memory configurations; one with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage and another with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. Both devices will likely run the premium Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 chip and Android 7.1.1 Nougat. The Xiaomi Mi 6 may also tout a water and dust resistance rating of IP68.
