'The 12 Days Of Christmas Eve' Lifetime Movie Premiere: Cast, Trailer, Synopsis
The Lifetime Christmas movies continue with the premiere of "The 12 Days of Christmas Eve," starring Kelsey Grammer and Spencer Grammer, on Saturday night.
The film will be a treat for fans, who are likely familiar with the father-daughter duo but have yet to see them act in a Lifetime holiday film together. Kelsey is best known from his days as Frasier on both "Frasier" and "Cheers," as well as the voice of Sideshow Bob on "The Simpsons," but he also starred in 2021's "Father Christmas Is Back," and has served as a producer on several shows as well.
As for Spencer, she is most likely recognized for her time starring as Casey Cartwright on "Greek," as well as for providing the voice of Summer Smith on "Rick and Morty."
So what can fans expect from the film? According to a synopsis, a man will get only 12 chances when it comes to finally making things right with his estranged family.
"The 12 Days of Christmas Eve is the story of Brian Conway, a successful businessman whose relationships with those around him have really suffered," the synopsis reads. "While this Christmas season has been the most successful for his business, he's divorced, his relationship with his daughter Michelle is strained and he doesn't have a meaningful connection with his only granddaughter."
That is all set to change, however, when he gets a chance run-in with Santa that allows him the opportunity to make things right before it's too late.
"After Brian gets into a car accident on Christmas Eve, Santa gives him twelve chances to re-do the day and repair the relationships in his life to find the true meaning of Christmas," the synopsis says. "For Brian, these twelve days are a journey of self-realization about life, love and happiness as he attempts to right the wrongs of his life in pursuit of the Christmas spirit."
"The 12 Days of Christmas Eve" airs Saturday at 8 p.m. EST on Lifetime.
