Every third Friday of November, World Vasectomy Day is celebrated to advocate for vasectomy, a form of male birth control. Vasectomy is a simple and safe procedure that limits the transfer of sperm during intercourse. Deemed very effective in the prevention of unwanted pregnancies, vasectomy is becoming more and more popular among men. Even married male celebrities are vocal about having this option.
