$189,375.98 Vegas Bar Bill is Circulating on the Internet
Unidentified high rollers purchased 29 bottles of champagne at Tryst nightclub in the Wynn Hotel; left $3,000 tip
An itemized bill totaling nearly $200,000 has been making its way around the world wide web, but so far no one has come forward to claim ownership. There is some speculation that the party at Tryst Nightclub in the Wynn hotel was affiliated with an energy conference in Vegas last week, but those rumors have not been substantiated.
The time stamp on the bill is 11:56 pm on May 5 (Cinco de Mayo!), and 29 bottles of champagne are primarily responsible for the excess. Some have questioned the authenticity of the tab, but photos posted on Tryst's website show waiters hefting what appear to be Nebuchadnezzars of Veuve Clicquot, with a bottle of Dom Perignon hovering in the background. Indeed, the tab includes four 15L bottles of Veuve Clicquot - $25,000 each - and 25 bottles of Dom Perignon.
Perhaps most shocking of all is a $184.00 charge for 23 bottle of Fiji water - that's 8 dollars apiece.
There is no direct link to the May 5 photos, but you can reach them by clicking on 'Galleries on Tryst nightclub's website.
