‘2 Broke Girls’ Officially Canceled After 6 Seasons?
“2 Broke Girls” will air its Season 6 finale episode on Monday, April 17, and viewers couldn’t help but wonder if this will serve as the very last episode of the series.
As of late, it is still unclear whether or not CBS will renew the TV series for a seventh season. But co-showrunner Michelle Nader recently confirmed that the upcoming episode was not written as a series finale. While speaking with TV Line, Nader explained, “This is not the end for these girls. We’re not finished and we don’t want to be finished and I don’t think the audience is finished. Obviously there’s no guarantee that we will be back, but we did not write the episode as a series finale.”
The EP added that CBS has been supportive of their desire to continue for at least another season.

Talking about what’s in store for the episode, Nader revealed that it will revolve around the premiere of Caroline’s (Beth Behrs) biopic. According to the Washington Post, “Fashion Police” panelist Brad Goreski will be making a cameo in the finale. He will be playing the role of a celebrity stylist who will help Caroline and Max get ready for the premiere.
The “And 2 Broke Girls: The Movie” premiere will also leave an impact on Max (Kat Dennings), and it may or may not involve the latter’s boyfriend. “This season for us was kind of a reboot… I don’t want to say a reboot, but we kind of think of the show as just beginning in a way. With the girls becoming successful and finding love, it’s opened up a whole new world for us,” Nader explained.
