3 Highly Effective Exercises That Could Help Lower Your High Blood Pressure Reading
High blood pressure is a global problem, affecting millions of people. In the US alone, data from the Centers and Disease Control and Prevention revealed that around 75 million Americans suffer from high blood pressure. That is 32% of their population. Worse, CDC said that high blood pressure increases the risk of suffering from a stroke and heart disease, and these two are the leading causes of death in the US.

Intense/Moderate Physical Activities

One must engage in these activities three to four times per week.
