4 Best Black Friday Tech Deals Online And In Stores
Black Friday is the time to get expensive tech devices at steep discounts, and there are plenty of discounts on offer this year. Between major retailers like Walmart, Target and Best Buy, anyone who wants video game consoles, computers, televisions and other gadgets can probably find something that fits their needs for significantly less than the sticker price.
Here are four of the best tech deals available this Black Friday.
The Ultimate PlayStation Discount
The PlayStation 4 turned five years old this week, but Sony’s gaming console still has a few more good years left in it. All major retailers are offering a $200 PS4 Slim bundle with a free copy of the recently released “Spider-Man” video game, courtesy of Sony. Not only is it a good price for a PS4, but it comes with one of the console’s most well-received games.
Virtual reality fans are also in luck, as the PlayStation VR headset is only $200 at Walmart. It comes bundled with two popular and beloved VR games in “Moss” and “Astro Bot Rescue Mission.”
The Time To Get A 4K TV Is Now
4K TVs offer sharper image resolution than regular HDTVs, and they are more affordable than ever. Best Buy has a doorbuster deal for a 43-inch Toshiba 4K TV with HDR for just $129, which is a steal. A massive, 70-inch LG 4K TV is $700 at Best Buy, a savings of $300.
Amazon also has a 50-inch 4K and HDR TV from Toshiba for just $400.
Get A Discounted Smartphone Upon Activation
Best Buy is offering a range of nearly-new smartphones with steep discounts, with the catch being that the discounts are only available upon activation. The iPhone X, which launched for $1,000 last year, is discounted by $200 with this deal. The savings grow to $300 on Samsung phones like the Note 9 and 9S.
Other retailers like Target are offering store credit with smartphone purchases.
Tablets Are Also On Sale
Finally, retailers like Best Buy will have discounted tablets on Black Friday. Best Buy will sell an iPad Mini 4 for $250 in a doorbuster sale. Amazon Fire tablets are as little as $30 at Best Buy, as well.
Walmart, meanwhile, has the Samsung Galaxy Tab E for $130.
