A four year old boy escaped his house overnight, stole a beer, got drunk and stole Christmas gifts from a neighbors' house, Tennessee's WTVC-TV reported on Wednesday.

The boy, Hayden Wright, was found by police wearing a dress that he had stolen from the neighbor's Christmas gifts, and was wandering on neighborhood streets.

A neighbor said the boy rang the doorbell of his house and was holding a partially full Bud Light beer, WTVC-TV reports.

He runs away trying to find his father. He wants to get in trouble so he can go to jail because that is where his daddy is, the boys' mother April Wright said in an interview, according to the network.

The boy's parents are in the midst of a divorce while his father is in jail, according to the report.
