1. Who is John Miller?

Miller is the CEO and chairman of Cali Group, a tech company that owns Miso Robotics and a chain of 50 CaliBurger restaurants, according to Us Weekly. CaliBurger was inspired by In-N-Out but first targeted burger enthusiasts in China and the Middle East.

Prior to that, Miller, who is an attorney, served as vice president of intellectual property at a public pharmaceutical company, Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals, from 2004 to 2010.

2. When did Garner and Miller start dating?

In October 2018, the same month Garner and ex-husband Ben Affleck finalized their divorce, news broke that she was in a relationship with Miller. An unnamed source told Us Weekly at the time that Garner and the businessman had been seeing each other for six months and that things were "getting pretty serious" between them.

Miller was also still legally married to his now ex-wife, Caroline Campbell, when he started seeing Garner. Their divorce was finalized in November 2018.

An unnamed insider told Us Weekly in May that unlike her ex-husband Affleck and his now-wife Jennifer Lopez, Garner and Miller prefer being far away from the Hollywood limelight.

"She loves how little he cares for the limelight or the whole Hollywood scenester stuff," the source said of Garner and Miller. "Very different from Ben and J. Lo's relationship in that way. You'll never see them ham it up for the cameras or fixate about what events to attend together, it's just not their style."

The source continued, "They're happier being a regular, under-the-radar couple and don't need anyone else's validation to know they're meant to be together. That's not to say they're taking digs against others, it's just not them."

On Thursday, the couple was spotted on a rare outing in Los Angeles. Garner and Miller appeared to be returning home from a workout session as they sported exercise outfits, E! News reported.

In the pictures obtained by the outlet, they are seen stepping out of her car, with the actress sporting a simple all-black outfit and carrying a towel and water bottle and the businessman wearing a plain gray T-shirt.
