The speculation over who will play Anastasia Steele in the “Fifty Shades of Grey” movie just won’t stop, and now the latest rumor buzzing around is that Rumer Willis is a contender for the role.

The daughter of Demi Moore and Bruce Willis was spotted on the beach with her boyfriend Jayson Blair reading “Fifty Shades Freed,” The Stir wrote, and now the rumor mill has churned it into Willis wanting to play Anastasia Steele in the movie even though the actress hasn’t publicly spoken on the matter.

Though some don’t believe Rumer Willis is the most attractive actress in Hollywood, she certainly has the acting chops to pull off the role of clueless virgin Anastasia Steele.

There’s no official word on whether Willis even wants a chance to play Christian Grey’s sex slave, but if she’s interested in submitting to the Red Room of Pain, she has a lot of competition.

Nearly every Hollywood actress who fits the physical requirements of Anastasia Steele has been named to play the role.

The frontrunners for the role are said to be “Gilmore Girls” Alexis Bledel and “Twilight” actress Ashley Green.

But the bevy of beautiful brunette actresses doesn’t stop there. Willis would also have to beat the likes of “Harry Potter’s” Emma Watson, “Twilight’s” Kristen Stewart and Nina Dobrev from “Vampire Diaries,” whose real-life boyfriend Ian Somerhalder is one of the fan favorites to play Christian Grey in the silver screen adaptation of E.L. James' best-selling series.

Now that the project finally has screenwriter Kelly Monaco, it’s only a matter of time before the casting for the movie begins and speculation over who will play the beloved character from “Fifty Shades of Grey” will finally end.
