Since people around the world will be ringing in the New Year in their own homes with those in their household, it gives them the opportunity to create their own New Year’s Eve cocktails that’ll be fun to create and delicious to drink.

Whether you’re in the mood for something sweet, something icy or something that packs a punch, there’s something for everyone on the list.

Here are seven different cocktails that are perfect for ringing in 2021, as well as very simple to make:

Peppermint Bark Mimosas

For those that aren’t quite ready to give up those Christmas flavors, this one’s for you. This drink incorporates a chocolate and peppermint rim with peppermint schnapps liquor mixed with prosecco. You can even drop in a candy cane in the glass for a garnish.

Rumberry Punch

This drink is one of the easiest cocktails to mix up because it only has three ingredients. It includes dark rum, cranberry juice and ginger ale. You can concoct this into just a few drinks, or make a large batch of it for those in your household.

Winter Pimm's Punch

While this is usually a summery drink that’s meant to be refreshing on a hot day, you can easily make it a winter drink. It incorporates Pimm’s, brandy, apple juice, cinnamon sticks, apple and orange slices. This can be served over ice or warmed up for a winter twist.

Drunk Jack Frosties

This is one drink you’ll want to drink inside while cuddled up in some blankets. The blue icy drink mixes vodka, prosecco, blue Curaçao and a splash of lemonade. To make the drink even sweeter, you can put sugar all around the rim.

Mistletoe Margaritas

It can either be served on the rocks or frozen/blended, so you can get the best of both worlds. Grab your favorite tequila, some lime juice and a whole lot of cranberries. It would be the perfect cocktail to go with an NYE taco night.

Tom Sandoval’s Hotty Toddy

Sandoval stars on Bravo’s “Vanderpump Rules,” and he and his girlfriend even have their own cocktail “cookbook.” His Hotty Toddy is one of his popular cocktails and it’s perfect for a nightcap. It includes vanilla almond milk, espresso, bourbon, honey, chai tea and cinnamon.

Bourbon Apple Punch

Michael Schulson, who’s the chef and owner of Philadelphia’s Double Knot, created this cocktail which is for those that love apple flavors/ciders. It has all the flavors of cinnamon, Honeycrisp apples, lemon and bourbon.
