79-Year-Old Man Caught Masturbating In Front Of Students Outside School

An elderly man was arrested Tuesday for masturbating outside a school in Miami, Florida.

According to the arrest affidavit, three students from Miami Southridge Senior High School noticed the accused, identified as 79-year-old David Santos-Munoz, sitting in his car outside the school and recording them with his cellphone. The students noticed the man’s penis was exposed and he was pleasuring himself while looking at them.

Police were informed after one of the students took a photo of the car and the number plate. During the investigation, all the three students identified Santos-Munoz as the man they saw in front of their school. The students also told the officers they had seen the car outside the school "almost every day for the past two weeks."

Police searched the man’s vehicle, a gold Nissan Pathfinder, and found lubricant and wipes in the car’s center console. The officers also found soiled napkins near the driver’s seat.

Following the search, Santos-Munoz was taken into custody and charged with three counts of lewd and lascivious exhibition on a child. He was booked into the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center.

Speaking to Local 10 News, Dallas Bryant, a parent, said, "I think it's disgusting. He needs to be taken care of, definitely. I have no words really."

In a similar incident in November last year, a man was arrested for masturbating in front of University of California students. Police said the accused, identified as 40-year-old Anton Floyd, exposed himself and masturbated in front of some female students in at least five separate incidents near the university. Police said on all the occasions, the man asked to speak to a girl walking in the area. Though the incidents took place outside the campus, all the targeted girls were students of the university. The man was taken into custody and charged with six counts of indecent exposure.
