The promo trailer of "86 Eighty-Six" Season 2 hints at Lena taking charge of the Brisingamen Squadron. The trailer also shows Ernst Zimmerman asking about the results of the analysis.

His colleague informs him that the possibility of their captives being intelligence spies from the Republic of San Magnolia or any other country is negligible.

Zimmerman wants to know if they are a new type of Legion or carriers for bioweapons. He believes that it is best to get rid of them for the safety of Federacy.

The official synopsis of "86 Eighty-Six" Season 2, Episode 1 (Episode 12) reveals Lena is demoted from major to captain due to her unauthorized use of military mortars during her last mission with the Spearhead Squadron.

Meanwhile, Lena still remembers her friends from Spearhead Squadron who decided to go out of Eighty-Six and look for a safer place.
