“90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?” Season 4 star Ashley Martson’s marriage to Jay Smith is over, and there is no way the two are ever getting back together. In a new interview, the TLC star discussed the possibility of her ex’s deportation and how she learned about his extramarital affair.

Ashley and Jay’s marriage troubles started a few days after their wedding. Ashley discovered Jay downloaded a dating app, however, the couple tried to move on from the incident. Later on, Ashley learned her husband was unfaithful once again and pulled the plug on their marriage.

Unfortunately for her, Jay has refused to sign the divorce papers despite Ashley’s desire to put their marriage in the past. Although she is attempting to move forward with the divorce, Ashley told Us Weekly Jay isn’t allowed to contact her.

The Jamaican native was arrested in July after violating the protection from abuse order issued to Ashley, and detained by U.S. Customs and Immigration Enforcement (ICE). “No, he’s not allowed to reach out to me because of the PFA. He’s not allowed to make third parties reach out either, so yeah, no one can really reach out to me,” she explained.

“I don’t really care if he’s deported. I just want him to leave me alone,” she added.

Ashley claimed Jay ruined any chance of reconciliation after he cheated on her with his new rumored girlfriend, Kayla. “I was alerted about her in January,” Ashley explained.

During “90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?” Season 4, Ashley got confirmation of Jay’s affair by talking his co-workers. “So, I know, like, in the episode where the barbershop sat me down, I refer to a stripper. That’s who I was referring to,” she told the outlet.

“He was talking to Kayla, and I found some messages. He was going to the strip club, like, many times a week. … Then someone had alerted me that, like, he was talking to one of the girls in there. I never knew who it was or anything. And then the GoFundMe came out [after Smith ended up in ICE custody], and I put all the pieces together.”

Although Jay has been released from ICE custody, it doesn’t mean he is a free man. Now that his relationship with Ashley is over, there’s a possibility the TLC star can get deported to Jamaica

For now, Jay appears to be working as an apprentice at a tattoo shop in Lemoyne, Pennsylvania. Jay reportedly plans to work with a lawyer, who will fight for the reality star to remain in the US despite his pending divorce.
