‘90 Day Fiancé’ Cast Update: Ashley Fuels Jay Divorce And Deportation Rumors

“90 Day Fiancé” Season 6 stars Ashley Martson and Jay Smith have done little shut down divorce rumors amid the Jamaica native’s second cheating scandal. Following rumors alleging Jay has gotten another woman pregnant, new documents claim the U.S. Department of Homeland Security is ordering the star to appear in court.

Last week, Ashley alluded to the end of her marriage by sharing a post that seemed to accuse Jay of using her money to go to strip clubs and suggested he could be deported. On Monday, Ashley shared several clips on her Instagram Story, thanking her fans for their support during an emotional time in her life.

“I wanted to say, thank you so much. I have received so many messages — hundreds of messages — in support of me. You guys don’t even know what’s going on right now, and you’re still sending messages full of support, telling me to keep my head up, and it means a lot,” she said.

“I couldn’t sleep last night, and honestly, I just read them all. And I really am going to try really hard to get back to all of you, but I just want you to know that I appreciate everyone who supports me, and reading those messages last night really put me kind of in a better place right now, so I appreciate it,” she added.

Ashley’s special message for her fans comes after a post from blogger John Yates, who shared documents ordering Jay to appear in court on May 8. The documents appear to question Jay’s immigration status and revealed he could face deportation. According to Yates, Ashley previously stated ICE came to her house with an arrest warrant for Jay.

Ashley and Jay are expected to appear on “90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?” Season 4, which will air Sunday at 8 p.m. EDT on TLC.
