“90 Day Fiancé” star Larissa Dos Santos Lima may have moved on from ex-husband Colt Johnson, but that doesn’t mean she has forgotten about the time they spent together.

The latest episodes of “90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?” Season 4 has given viewers a look into Larissa and Colt’s relationship, prior to their split.

On Wednesday, the TLC star shared several posts on her Instagram Story alluding to her marriage with the Las Vegas native. In the posts, Larissa shared pages breaking down different forms of abuse.

“Denies one access to family assets like bank accounts, credit cards, or car,” one of the items from the page read.

During their relationship, Larissa claimed Colt denied her access to their money and accused her ex of taking her cell phone away. Other categories on the page included emotional and psychological control, threats and acts of physical violence.

The former couple’s relationship came to end following Larissa’s arrests for domestic violence and Colt’s cheating scandal. Along with the descriptions of abuse, Larissa shared a message about jealousy and how it can make one question their self-worth.

“Jealousy is simply and clearly the fear that you do not have value. Jealousy scans for evidence to prove a point—that others will be preferred and rewarded more than you. There is only one alternative—self-value,” Larissa wrote.

The message went on to encourage the individual to love themselves rather than allowing jealousy to ruin their happiness.

“If you cannot love yourself, you will not believe that you are loved. You will always think it’s a mistake or luck. Take your eyes off others and turn the scanner within. Find the seeds of your jealousy, clear the old voices and experiences. Put all the energy into building your personal and emotional security. Then you will be the one others envy, and you can remember the pain and reach out to them.”

Larissa and Colt finalized their divorce in May, less than one year after their wedding. Court documents revealed the two agreed to a gag order, which forbids the stars from speaking negatively about one another.

“Larissa is very happy to close this chapter of her life and excited for what her future holds,” Larissa’s rep told People at the time.

“90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?” Season 4 airs Sundays at 8 p.m. EDT on TLC.
