‘90 Day Fiancé’ Where Are They Now: Fernanda Announces ‘Win’ After Jonathan Divorce

“90 Day Fiancé” star Fernanda Flores and Jonathan Rivera are “officially single.” After announcing their separation in January 2019, the Mexico native announced that she and her estranged husband finalized their divorce on Monday.

Fernanda celebrated her new single status by posting some photos, and a video moments after she finalized her divorce to Jonathan.

“By forgiving and closing chapters you open your heart to more blessings to come in your way,” she wrote on the Instagram post.

“I can’t thank you enough to all my followers, friends and family for all your love and support in all this journey. This isn’t a failure, this is a win! Excited to see what God has planned for me,” she added.

The couple met at a club in Mexico while Jonathan was on vacation. Three months later, the two were engaged and obtained a K-1 visa. Fernanda moved Jonathan’s home in North Carolina and the couple was given 90 days to get married.

Although the two married before the 90 days were up, and Fernanda was allowed to stay in the country, their relationship began to fall apart.

Following their January 2019 split, Jonathan reflected on his relationship with Fernanda and said, “every marriage has its problems. Every relationship has its issues. It's all about your attitude. As long as you're positive [...] I promise you, I didn't give up. I gave 110 percent to my marriage.”

Following the announcement of the split, Fernanda took a break from social media but returned in June. In a 40 minute YouTube video, Fernanda revealed she learned about a different side of Jonathan the day she arrived in North Carolina.

"That same week, I found a lot of stuff—not just underwear. Sex toys, pictures, movies and stuff,” she said in the video.

“Dude, you’re supposed to have left your past behind and start fresh with me. I know you’re a single man. I know that you’re older than me...I wasn’t understanding why. I realized not everything is how it seems.”

Fernanda went on to accuse Jonathan of abuse, but he later denied the allegations.
