Adam Levine Sports Bloody Lip In Photo: Where Did He Get It From?

Adam Levine took time out from judging The Voice to get beat up -- for a music video, that is. Levine was photographed in Los Angeles filming the video for Maroon 5's newest single Payphone. In the video, Levine is sporting a bloody lip and a blood-stained shirt. Levine is accompanied in the video by a model sporting a scraped knee.

Levine met his former girlfriend on the set of a music video for Maroon 5's song, Misery. The two are no longer together.
