Adele Spotted Shopping At Mall With Rumored Boyfriend Skepta, 'Being A Normal Girlfriend': Report

Adele was spotted shopping with her rumored boyfriend Skepta in California, according to a report.

The "Hello" singer and the British rapper visited the Cabazon Outlets, a discount mall outside San Bernardino, Page Six reported, citing unnamed sources.

According to the outlet's tipsters, Adele reportedly helped a "British guy matching the description of Skepta" and sporting the "same tattoos" as the rapper pick out clothes in the discount Prada store at the mall.

"She was sitting watching him while he was picking sweaters, pants, trying on jackets and coats and having the employees help him," one onlooker told Page Six.

"She was giving him feedback and saying what she thought he looked great in,” the source continued. “It was cute that just waiting and being a normal girlfriend while he looked. He must have shopped for 45 minutes."

Adele was reportedly in high spirits during the outing and was seen playing with another customer's puppy, according to the sources.

It's unclear what the pair was doing in the area. However, the tipster speculated that they may have spent some time in nearby Palm Springs over the Fourth of July weekend.

Skepta and Adele were first romantically linked last year. In October 2020, an unnamed source told People that she was seeing the rapper, adding that "things have been heating up" between them.

"They run in the same circles in London, and she's having fun," the insider continued.

However, in the same month, the "Rolling in the Deep" singer appeared to make her relationship status clear when she wrote on Instagram, "I’m going back to my cave now to be the (single) cat lady that I am!"

Adele and Skepta have been friends for years and have a deep connection over music, People reported. Sources also told the outlet that both were born in the neighborhood of Tottenham, London, and are parents to young children.

In an interview with Evening Standard in 2016, Skepta talked about his friendship with Adele.

"Adele texts me all the time and keeps me in check," he said. "She speaks to me about how things are going."

Adele was previously with ex-husband Simon Konecki, but they split in 2019 after seven years together. Their divorce was finalized in March. They share physical and legal custody of their 8-year-old son, Angelo.
