Adele Weight Loss: How Singer Lost Over 10 Pounds Amid Divorce
Adele has been looking slim and trim around Los Angeles lately and now, thanks to Us Weekly, you can learn exactly how she did it.
"She does 60-minute sessions that include cardio, circuit training, and pilates,” a source revealed in the new issue of the magazine. “She’s found a routine that’s working for her and is enjoying it more.”
The British singer-songwriter isn't just doing it for herself though. Her 6-year-old son, Angelo, helps to keep her motivated as well.
“She really wants to be healthy and set a good example for her son. She’s more focused on feeling good and the health benefits than the weight loss,” the source added of Adele's reported 14-pound weight loss.
The weight loss comes just a few months after it was announced the 31-year-old had separated from husband Simon Konecki after seven years together.
“Adele and her partner have separated,” the emailed statement from her representatives to the Associated Press read. “They are committed to raising their son together lovingly. As always they ask for privacy. There will be no further comment.”
Since then, it appears the superstar is moving on and trying to live her best life. Despite "never" caring about or liking working out previously, Us Weekly's source said that Adele now works out "three times a week."
