Adrienne Maloof might be trying to make a career for herself in the fashion world, but she’ll have to be careful not to make any more fashion faux-pas. On Saturday night, the businesswoman and former “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star suffered a wardrobe malfunction while wearing a daring mesh V cutout jumpsuit.

According to Us Weekly, Maloof, 51, was hitting the town with her former boyfriend Sean Stewart, 32, at the iconic West Hollywood hotel Chateau Marmont when she tugged at her top, accidentally exposing her nipple. Although Maloof made waves back in January when she announced that she was dating Stewart, who is the son of British rocker Rod Stewart, the pair are now rumored to be just friends.

"It's about how good of a person you are,” Maloof said of Stewart at the time. “[Sean] is a very funny guy. He's very giving, he mentors at the mission, works with at-risk children and gives his time and money to get children off the streets."

"Age is just a number,” Maloof added. But a source reportedly close to the reality star told the publication that the couple had since mutually decided to end the relationship. "They've decided to distance themselves and become friends. Nothing bad happened," the source said. "They're still going to hang out as friends, they enjoy each other's company." Maloof’s ex-husband, Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Paul Nassif, also briefly rebounded with former Miss Nevada Helen Salas, but has since told InTouch Weekly that he is “not dating at all.”

But while he recently revealed that becoming single helped him focus on becoming healthier and getting into better shape, Nassif said that his custody battle with Maloof was still ongoing. Nassif said that he was hopeful that he would get to celebrate Father’s Day with his sons, but didn’t want to get his hopes up. “Hopefully my kids will all come out to brunch with me but I don't know,” he said. In addition to her legal conflicts with Nassif, Maloof also seems to have cut ties with others who have appeared on “Real Housewives.” Lisa Vanderpump claims that Maloof had been fired by producers, despite Maloof’s public claims that she had quit the show.

"The reunion is where you go and everything comes to fruition and you hash it out. And viewers want that the same way they want us to blog ... So yeah, she got the hoof!" Vanderpump said. "She says she walked away, but she didn't. She got the big Maloof hoof! And you can quote me on that!"
