Adrienne Maloof hasn’t confirmed or denied rumors that she’s dating Anheuser-Busch heir Jacob Busch, but she’s saying just enough to generate a buzz.

In a new interview with ExtraTV, the 52-year-old businesswoman and former “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” cast member finally dished about Busch, who at 28 years her junior, is rumored to be helping her move on from her split from Sean Stewart. Maloof and Busch shocked fans earlier this month when they were photographed together kissing at a red carpet event in Hollywood.

Sources who partied with them at the Star Magazine Scene Stealer event at the Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood told the Daily Mail that the pair couldn’t keep their hands off each other all night. “They never left each other’s side and were holding hands, sitting by the pool chatting and giggling like teenagers in love,” a source told the British tabloid, adding, “There was little doubt that the pair are crazy for each other.”

Maloof, who split from her ex-husband Paul Nassif after three seasons worth of their marital woes were documented on “The Real Housewives,” gushed about Busch, 24, saying “he’s a lovely person.” According to recent reports, Nassif is currently busy working on a reality show of his own that will follow his plastic surgery practice.

"Both of our families have been in the spirits business for a long time, so he seems very familiar to me and comfortable,” she said. “He's a cool guy."

Busch, whose family sold the majority of their Budweiser stock to InBev in 2008, was first spotted in public with Maloof in September. The two were captured kissing directly in front of videographers, just hours after paparazzi caught her having it out with her now ex-boyfriend Sean Stewart. Since separating from Nassif, Maloof has been linked to a number of men, including Stewart, the son of British rocker Rod Stewart, former Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa, and model/actor Andy Hnilo. Although several of those alleged flings were with younger men, Maloof reportedly recently ended things with Stewart in part because of his age.

“Adrienne enjoyed her time with Sean, but at the end of the day he was just too much,” an insider told Radar Online. “She basically said, ‘I already have kids, I don’t need another one.’ Sean has been taking it super hard and can’t let go of her. He even gave her like a $10,000 gift for her birthday last week, hoping it would fare in his favor with her.”
