After the embarrassing fumble at the Super Bowl, Christina Aguilera is getting a shot at redemption with a minor league baseball team inviting her to sing the National Anthem at MCU Park this summer.

The Brooklyn Cyclones have offered Aguilera the opportunity to do-over the song she publicly botched in front of millions on Sunday.

The singer messed up the lyrics of 'The Star Spangled Banner' before Sunday's Super Bowl in Arlington, Texas. She replaced the line: O'er the ramparts we watched, were so gallantly streaming, with a creative combination of a line already sung and a bit of improv: What so proudly we watched at the twilights last gleaming.

Speaking on the decision to give a second chance to the singer, Cyclones general manager Steve Cohen said in a statement, When a player makes a mistake, they usually don't get a shot at redemption, but with a singer, that's a different story.
