Hunter Biden, son of former Vice President and Democratic presidential contender Joe Biden, is facing multiple criminal investigations relating to “fraud, money laundering and a counterfeiting scheme,” according to court documents.

The papers were filed Monday over an Arkansas paternity case linked with Hunter and carried broad details.

Hunter, 49, “is the subject of more than one criminal investigation involving fraud, money laundering and a counterfeiting scheme,” the filing at the Circuit Court of Independence County, Arkansas claimed.

Florida-based private-eye firm D&A Investigations forwarded the claims. A paternity suit against Hunter Biden is going on, per the New York Post report.

Junior Biden in a paternity case

The case against Biden by baby mama Lunden Alexis Roberts, a former Washington, DC., stripper, 28 is about their child for which Roberts seeks Biden's support.

One of the cases against Hunter relates to Burisma Holdings, the Ukrainian energy company where Hunter had a lucrative post when his father, Joe Biden, was the U.S vice president under President Barack Obama’s administration.

The Ukraine stint of Hunter is the focus of allegations of corruption from Republicans including President Donald Trump.

The charges in court papers include Hunter Biden and business associates “established bank and financial accounts with Morgan Stanley … for Burisma Holdings Limited … for the money laundering scheme,” per D&A claims.

It said the accounts showed an average value of nearly $6.8 million between March 2014 and December 2015.

The court documents also claimed Biden and associates such as Devon Archer, John Galanis, and Bevan Cooney allegedly “utilized a bogus scheme to conceal the Morgan Stanley Average Account Value.”

Ukraine scandal and Trump's impeachment

At the core of President Trump’s impeachment was the charges relating to Ukraine businesses involving Bidens. According to a whistleblower account, Trump in a phone call with Ukraine president Volodymyr Zelensky sought an investigation against Bidens in exchange for military aid to that country, per BBC News.

According to Fox News, Hunter Biden was a paid board member of Ukrainian gas company Burisma in April 2014. The firm's founder was a political ally of Viktor Yanukovych, Ukraine's pro-Russia president, who was ousted in February 2014.

The allegation against Trump snowballed into political charges amounting to misuse of office and invitation for foreign intervention in domestic political affairs.

Fox news report also said after Yanukovych's exit, Joe Biden, then vice president played a leading role in building ties with Ukraine and interacted frequently with the pro-West president.

Lunden Roberts provides more proof

Meanwhile, the woman Lunden Roberts provided the Arkansas county court tax returns for half a decade and paystubs for an unspecified period proving that she worked for Hunter Biden and his company, Owasco PC, according to court papers.

Roberts also submitted documents about an unspecified amount of money received from Owasco PC and produced a copy of her health insurance card that Biden paid for her coverage, the Fox news report added.

According to reports, Roberts can question Biden under oath at a hearing on Jan. 7, 2020.

Biden also submitted an affidavit of financial means on Dec. 16, but the document is sealed.

Meanwhile, the charges against Hunter Biden also include complicity in a plot involving Galanis, Cooney, and Archer to rip off Sioux Native Americans almost $60 million through the shady tribal bonds.

The latest news on Joe Biden said the former Vice President will be attending multiple fundraising events in New York in the first week of January after he ensured support from top Wall Street fundraisers Marc Lasry and Blair Effron, who backed Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton.
