Aishwarya Rai Bachchan Honored With ‘Woman Of Worth’ Award
Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is quite busy with her four-month-old daughter and enjoying each and every moment of motherhood.
However, the actress Thursday night left her motherly duties and attended L'Oreal-Paris Femina Women Awards 2012, accompanied by her mother Vrinda Rai in Mumbai.
The former Femina Miss India and the brand ambassador of L'Oreal was honored with the Woman of Worth trophy by Nathalie Gerschtein, director, L'Oreal Paris.
The former Miss World arrived at the red carpet, wearing an Abu Jani/Sandeep Khosla Georgette Sherwani. The gorgeous actress chose a simple look and the neon colored chamois satin strips attire contrasted perfectly with her glowing face.
Apart from her dress and make-up, the attendees were also talking about her figure. The 38-year-old seemed to have lost a little weight since the last time she was pictured.
Aishwarya honored her mother Vrinda Rai with a special She's Worth it Award.
She is the nucleus of my existence who has gently molded me, shaped me, picked me up when I've been down, has faith in me and taught me to be the very best version of me that I can be, Aishwarya said.
The L'Oreal-Paris Femina Women Awards 2012 was the first award show Aishwarya attended since the birth of her daughter Nov. 16.
