An Alaska Airlines passenger was arrested after biting a crew member on a flight just after it landed at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport early Monday morning.
The 39-year-old man was anxious to deboard the flight from Anchorage, Alaska and rushed the exit shortly after landing, airport spokesman Perry Cooper told The Associated Press.
Crew members were able to subdue the man; however, one crew member was bitten in the altercation. The crew member was taken to Highland Medical Center in Burien, Washington for minor injuries.
The disruptive passenger received an evaluation at Highline West Seattle Mental Health Center before being taken to King County Jail.
