The Federal Aviation Administration stated that it is looking into a videotaped skydiving sex stunt for determining whether the pilot might have been distracted during the incident over Kern County.

The video shows porn star and part-time skydiving instructor Alex Torres having sex with the company's secretary, Hope Howell, as they plummet towards the Earth over Kern County.

Police were alerted to the video which Torres had posted on his blog. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is investigating to see if the video breached rules banning activity that could distract a pilot while they are flying.

At one point, the video shows Torres and Howell having sex in a seat next to the pilot, before they jump out of the aircraft in a tandem harness and continue the act midair.

Alex Torres (a.k.a Voodoo) decided to film himself and Skydive Taft receptionist Hope Howell doing the deed at thousands of feet above the ground. According to KGET, they filmed the stunt in the very early morning where no one could be disturbed and no public nudity complaints could be thrown their way.

It has been reported that Skydive Taft owner David Chrouch has fired Alex Torres. However, he hasn't yet decided about sacking Hope Howell, who is company's receptionist, reports NBC.
