"All That" alum Kel Mitchell had nothing but praise for Jennette McCurdy when he learned about the latter's controversial book, "I'm Glad My Mom Died."

While promoting Season 3 of his MTV show "Deliciousness," Mitchell got asked about his reaction to McCurdy's memoir, which made headlines for her shocking revelations in it.

"Everyone has a different story, and the way that they want to tell their story and express themselves — and to get it out — that's definitely important," the 43-year-old actor exclusively told Page Six.

Recalling his 2013 tenure on McCurdy's sitcom with Ariana Grande, "Sam & Cat," Mitchell said he was aware of what Jennette went through when her mom died.

"I remember what she went through when her mom passed around that time. So [I love] hearing her tell her story and being courageous within that," he said.

Aside from detailing her complicated relationship with her late mom, Debra McCurdy, who died of cancer in 2013, the 30-year-old former Nickelodeon star discussed some shocking revelations about her time at the network.

McCurdy even bravely revealed that she was offered $300,000 by Nickelodeon for her not to publicly discuss her time and experiences at the network. But she turned the offer down. Hence, she was free to drop her bombshell revelations in her memoir.

Aside from Mitchell, another former Nick talent, Josh Peck, spoke out in support of McCurdy following the release of her book, which quickly became one of Amazon's bestsellers upon release.

"I think she is incredibly brave to tell her story and to be as honest as she is," the "Drake & Josh" star said. "I think one of her great talents is her wit and how thoughtful she is, and as soon as I was able to pick up the book, I did because I really wanted to see the way she told her story."

Meanwhile, McCurdy couldn't believe the success of her book. In an Instagram post, she assured fans more hard copies of her tome would be produced in response to the high demand.

"Hi everyone. I'm overwhelmed by the incredible reaction to 'I'm Glad My Mom Died.' I see in your posts and comments how emotionally connected you are to this – how you have laughed and cried and everything in between with me – and it's meaningful and fulfilling to me in a singular way," she wrote before adding her publisher would be restocking shelves as soon as possible.
