Alleged ‘Fish-Like Alien Creature’ Captured In Mars Photo From NASA, Expert Claims

A UFO expert claimed to have spotted the fossilized remains of an alien creature on Mars in an image from NASA. According to the expert, the “sighting” of an alleged alien fossil proves the presence of liquid water on the Red Planet.

In a recent blog post, Scott Waring of ET DataBase reported seeing a fossil of a strange-looking creature on Mars. The alien hunter said he saw the image while browsing Gigapan, a website that showcases high-resolution panoramic photos of the Martian surface.

As indicated in the details of the photo, the image was captured by NASA’s Curiosity rover on Mars. The image was taken on SOL 924, which is equivalent to March 12, 2015, on Earth.

The image featured the side of a hill on Mars. While looking at the various rocks in the photo, Waring spotted an object near two boulders. After zooming in on the object, Waring noted that it looked like a creature that resembled a mudskipper, an amphibious fish that can be commonly found in swamps, mudflats and estuaries.

Based on the image, Waring believes the object may be the fossilized remains of an ancient creature that once lived on Mars. Since it looked like a fish, Waring claimed this was evidence that bodies of liquid water once existed on Mars. The fish-like creature could be one of the living creatures that inhabited Mars’ bodies of water, he said.

“I found this mudskipper fish in one of the Mars Gigapan photos today,” Waring stated in a blog post. “The mudskipper is a fish that often chooses to live on land, mud, rocks and sand, but when startled, it flips in the air and dives into the nearest water area for safety. This looks like an ancient fossil of just such a fish. This fossil is absolute proof that large bodies of water did once exist on Mars.”

Although Waring referenced a photo taken by NASA’s Curiosity rover on Mars for his recent post, neither the agency nor the team behind the rover has released statements or information that supports the UFO expert’s claims on his blog.
