KEY POINTS
- An eyewitness spotted five strange objects flying over Pennsylvania
- The objects appeared to be flying in formation in the video taken by the eyewitness on July 24
- ET DataBase's Scott Waring believes the objects were a fleet of UFOs that entered Earth
An eyewitness from Pennsylvania captured a video of five strange objects moving across the sky. A UFO expert believes that the eyewitness spotted a fleet of UFOs entering Earth’s atmosphere.
The unnamed eyewitness spotted the objects on July 24 while he was driving along Laurel Run, a borough in Luzerne County in Pennsylvania. After seeing the objects in the sky, the eyewitness got out of his car to take a video.
“Driving in Northeast PA headed northwest at around sunset 8:30 p.m.,” he stated in his eyewitness report, according to ET DataBase. “Observed Unknown flying objects ascending from the horizon. Took video and pictures attached.”
Each of the objects appeared as slow-moving bright streaks in the sky. Based on the video captured by the eyewitness, the objects appeared to be flying in formation. They seemed to be following a straight line as they flew across the sky.
After reviewing the video, Scott Waring of ET DataBase ruled out meteors as a possible explanation for the nature of the objects due to their appearance. Instead, he believes that the objects that the eyewitness saw were part of a fleet of UFOs that entered Earth.
“Not one, but five UFOs are seen shooting across the sky during sunset over Laurel Run, PA,” Waring stated in a blog post. “The eyewitness was driving and pulled over to record the UFOs. The objects are entering the Earth’s atmosphere and shooting across the sky! One might be dismissed as a meteor, but five...that’s called a squadron of UFOs.”
Although Waring believes that the objects spotted by the eyewitness were UFOs, some of the YouTube viewers who saw the video believe they might be something else. One of the viewers commented that the objects could be the Starlink satellites launched by SpaceX. These satellites often appear as a train of stars moving across the sky.
Other viewers noted that the objects might be military jets or aircraft that were following a specific high-altitude flight path. This explanation is possible since there are several Air National Guard bases in Pennsylvania.
