Amal Clooney, George Clooney Marriage Trouble Rumors: Couple Cuddles Up To Watch Fireworks, Enjoy Dinner Date In Italy

Amal Clooney and George Clooney were pictured getting cozy with each other while watching fireworks in Lake Como, Italy. The photos of the two cuddling up were published by Daily Mail late Tuesday amid rumors that Amal and George are going through a rough marital phase.

In the photos, the 55-year-old actor and his 38-year-old wife sipped tequila aboard their boat. The two were also joined by actor Bill Murray.

Amal wore a white maxi dress while George sported a grey shirt and light-colored pants. Murray was seen wearing a T-shirt with the words, "George Clooney is a beautiful man," written around a picture of George.

Despite Murray's presence, Amal could not stop herself from showing her affection toward her husband as she planted a kiss on George's cheeks, Daily Mail reported.

On Monday, Amal looked stunning in a white silk gown as she and George headed out in Italy for a dinner date, Daily Mail reported.

Over the last few months, rumors have surfaced that Amal and George are facing marital problems. In March, it was reported that George may be cheating on his wife as he was seen affectionately embracing and kissing a woman in California, while Amal was not around.

In May, Star Magazine reported that George and Amal had a “clash” at the Cannes Film Festival. Most recently, the tabloid reported that the human rights lawyer had been fighting with her husband over his decision to get a plastic surgery.

“George can’t stand how old he looks,” a source told the magazine, adding that Amal “flipped out” when she heard that the "Money Monster" star wanted cosmetic work done.

“She said he was being vain and warned him that messing with his face could actually make him look older,” the source reportedly said. “But he just told her, ‘Wait until you’re my age!'”

However, Gossip Cop debunked the report saying that George has no secret plans to get plastic surgery.

Earlier this year, some reports also said that Amal was pregnant with her first child with George, but none of the pregnancy rumors were confirmed. George and Amal got married in Venice, Italy, on Sept. 27, 2014.
