Amazing Wheel of Fortune Win From 2010 Goes Viral After 'Epic Fail' On Monday's Show [VIDEO]
Caitlin Burke, 26, has once again become a celebrity over night after an unbelievable “Wheel of Fortune” solve from 2010 won her a Caribbean vacation and Internet stardom.
It all happened after a “Wheel of Fortune” contestant had an “epic fail” on Monday’s show when she was unsuccessful in solving what seemed like an easy puzzle.
The contestant has the board totally filled, with the exception of seven letters.
Before attempting to solve, the board read, “I *A** THE *INE BY J*HNNY *A*H”
But instead of saying “I Walk the Line by Johnny Cash,” the contestant read “I Have the Wine by Johnny Cash.”
For reasons unknown, the “epic fail” brought memories of Burkes fantastic 2010 win when, with just one letter revealed — “L” —, she correctly guessed the seven-word phrase: “I’ve got a good feeling about this.”
Even Pat Sajak, the show’s host, was shocked, as shown in the video from November 2010.
“Wait a minute. Let me get over this first,” he said, smiling. “Is it just me, or was that the most amazing solve we’ve ever had?”
Burke, who lives in New York, said she is a huge “Wheel of Fortune” fan and often impresses her family and friends by solving puzzles when they watch at home.
