Amazon face lawsuit over Kindle's homework
Amazon faces a lawsuit filed by a high school student after his homework was remotely deleted on its kindle2 E-book without his consent according to the AFP reports Friday.
Michigan-based Justin D. Gawronski filed a lawsuit in Seattle federal court on Thursday over his loss of George Orwell's 1984, as it was was remotely removed by Amazon from his kindle 2.
However, Amazon Chief Executive Jeff Bezos last week apologized kindle user for removing the books, calling the actions stupid, thoughtless, and painfully out of line with our principles.
Mr. Gawronski now needs to recreate all of his studies,”according to the suit.
Gawronski, 17 years old was not alone suing Amazon; he was joined with Antoine J. Bruguier of California also had the book deleted from his Kindle.
