Amber Heard Allegedly ‘Coerced, Shamed’ Johnny Depp Into Marrying Her, Source Says

Amber Heard allegedly coerced and shamed Johnny Depp so that the actor would marry her.

Heard and Depp tied the knot in 2015 in his private island in the Bahamas. However, a violent altercation happened a day before the actual wedding due to the “Aquaman” star’s friends.

According to Joe Richman in new legal documents obtained by The Blast, Heard’s friends including iO Tillett Wright got into a fight. He described her pals as a “bunch of spoiled children” and mentioned how Heard convinced Depp to tie the knot with her.

In the documents, Richman said he knew Depp for approximately 33 years. In fact, he was among the wedding guests when Depp and Heard exchanged their wedding vows on Feb. 7, 2015. However, Depp’s friends were not happy with his decision to marry Heard.

“None of the few of Johnny's actual friends who attended were happy Johnny was marrying Amber, and we discussed it openly,” Richman said.

Richman then detailed the violent altercation that happened a day before the wedding. According to him, Heard’s friends were “acting out this charade of a wedding at great expense to Johnny, whom we all knew was more than coerced and shamed into proceeding with Amber's demand to be married before Johnny was to depart shortly to film abroad.”

The incident started from a small misunderstanding and those who were involved were both Heard’s friends. Wright reportedly assaulted Rocky Pennington because they argued about the wedding details. Pennington was to assume the role of the wedding planner to carry out the bride’s “frivolous missives.”

Following the physical altercation, the other guests gave Wright a funny nickname by calling him “I Slap Rocky,” which was inspired by rapper ASAP Rocky.

“Many of the wedding guests and iO's girlfriend called iO ‘I Slap Rocky’ for the rest of the weekend. iO was quite proud of this and seemed to find it hilarious, like a badge of honor,” Richman added.

In the same document, Richman said that they were worried for Depp’s welfare when he was with Heard. They suspected that she was emotionally abusing Depp.

Also, there were incidents that alarmed them. For example, they were uncomfortable after learning that Heard faked a bloody nose using a red nail polish and blamed it to Depp.
