Amber Heard Dating Elon Musk? Actress Hanging Out With Tesla Billionaire Amid Johnny Depp Divorce

Amber Heard has sparked dating rumors after she was seen spending time with Tesla billionaire Elon Musk in Miami, TMZ reported. Heard has been recently going through a high-profile divorce with her estranged husband Johnny Depp.

The 30-year-old actress and the 45-year-old entrepreneur were spotted together at the Delano South Beach hotel in Miami. Amber was also seen at Musk's office in Los Angeles recently, but sources close to the actress told TMZ that they are not dating.

"Amber was there with her sister,” a source told Page Six. “She has been friends with Elon for four years. She had rented a standard suite at the hotel, and he had a bungalow, a poolside duplex room. He offered Amber and her sister use of his room so they could use the pool and have extra privacy as he was working on a rocket launch.”

Another source reportedly said: "They all happened to be staying at the Delano. The group hung out at the hotel, rather than in public, understandably, due to all the recent press scrutiny.”

After being married to Depp for 15 months, Heard and the “Alice Through the Looking Glass” star are fighting legal battles surrounding their divorce. Several reports have surfaced about their feud, including some claiming that Heard, who has accused Depp of abuse, is after his money.

Depp, who doesn’t have a prenuptial agreement, has an estimated fortune of $400 million. The “Magic Mike XXL” actress, who was initially believed to be seeking $50,000 in spousal support payments from Depp, has withdrawn her request. TMZ stated that Heard only ever submitted it because she believed it was standard practice in divorce proceedings. She has said that she will not be seeking financial assistance from Depp at this time, but may revisit the idea after they settle their restraining order case.

Meanwhile, TMZ reported that Musk, with whom Heard is spending time now, is also going through a divorce. Talulah Riley with whom Musk got married for a second time in 2013 filed for divorce in March. Musk reportedly has an estimated net worth of $12.7 billion.
