Amber Heard reportedly sustained bruises while her ex-husband Johnny Depp was out of the country, according to a witness.
The “Aquaman” star accused Depp of being violent and abusive when they were still together. Heard even showed up at court with bruises, but the actor denied the accusation. According to the “Pirates of the Caribbean” actor, Heard painted her bruises on to get a restraining order from him.
Interestingly, Mirror acquired a copy of Trinity Esparza’s deposition. According to her, she saw Heard with bruises on her face two weeks after the actress claimed her ex-husband threw a phone at her.
Esparza, the head concierge of the Eastern Columbia building in LA, where Depp owned five suites, noticed two finger marks on Heard’s neck and a bruise on her left cheek, the opposite cheek Depp allegedly injured.
“She dropped her keys down the elevator chute. She had bruises on her neck and a Band-Aid,” Esparza said.
When asked if Depp was in the country at the time, Esparaza told the lawyers, “No.”
According to Depp’s team, they have a series of statements that will support the “Fantastic Beast” star’s innocence.
“It turns out, Amber Heard actually was damaged in June 2016, with finger shaped marks on her throat, bandaged arm and a bruised left eye. The one person we know did not do it is Johnny Depp, who had been on tour and out of the country for [two] weeks,” said Adam Waldman, Depp’s lawyer.
Meanwhile, Depp’s exes dismissed Heard’s claims that the actor was abusive and violent. His former partners Vanessa Paradis and Winona Ryder didn’t experience the same treatment from Depp. In fact, for them, he was one of the most loving men they knew.
“Through all these years I've known Johnny to be a kind, attentive, generous, and non-violent person and father,” Paradis said. “He was never violent or abusive to me.”
“I cannot wrap my head around (Ms Heard's) accusations,” Ryder said in her statement. “He was never, never violent towards me. He was never, never abusive at all towards me.”
Perez Hilton also issued an apology to Depp for initially believing Heard. According to him, “men who are violent, historically they are violent in multiple relationships.” Since Depp’s exes didn’t experience any harsh treatment from him, he didn’t believe Heard’s claims anymore.
“I want to apologize to Johnny Depp for not believing all of the other women in his life,” Hilton said.
