Amber Rose, Wiz Khalifa Married: Will They Still Have A Wedding?

Amber Rose and Wiz Khalifa quietly got married on Monday and promised a wedding for friends and family in the near future. First comes love, then comes the baby, then comes the marriage and then the wedding? Well, at least that’s the way it goes with Rose and Khalifa.

The rapper and his fiancé made their love official after opting to get married in a courthouse, Eonline.com reported. Their ceremony will follow in the upcoming months.

Khakifa sent out a tweet on Monday evening just before 5 p.m. EDT to let all his followers know that he tied the knot with the mother of his son Sebastian “The Bash” Taylor Thomaz who was born in February. “Me and Amber got married today. Weddings this fall. Thought I'd let yall know.”

To say the news spread quickly would be an understatement. Within an hour of being posted on Twitter, the message gained more than 10,000 retweets and nearly 11,000 favorites. Rose added, “Yay me & my Baby are officially married!!!”

Hundreds of fans flocked to the social media site to send their well wishes and congratulatory messages for the celebrity couple.

Rose gave a hint that she and her now-husband would be getting hitched soon after she posted a photo to Instagram last week with the caption, "My soon to be husband.... I Love his crazy hair @mistercap :-)"

Most are shocked by the surprise nuptials, especially since the model referred to Khalifa as her husband back in January. "My husband loves Ninja Turtles! That's really cute, thank you," a then-pregnant Rose told TMZ.

It’s not the first time the couple has taken to Twitter to announce personal news. When the rapper proposed, he shared a picture of a ring on his fiancée’s hand with the caption, “She Said Yes!!!” It didn’t take long for Rose to write a message of her own. “He has made me the Happiest Woman in the World!!!!”
