‘American Horror Story’ Actress Lily Rabe Is Expecting Her First Child, Who Is She Having A Baby With? [PHOTOS]
Lee Harris didn’t get a happy ending with her daughter Flora, but an “American Horror Story” actress will certainly get hers.
Lily Rabe, who played Shelby in “American Horror Story: Return To Roanoke,” is expecting her first child, Entertainment Tonight confirmed the news. The 34-year-old star is having a baby with her boyfriend, Hamish Linklater. Rabe flaunted her baby bump at the 2016 Kennedy Center Honors on Saturday, Dec. 3.
This is Rabe’s first child and Linklater’s second. The 40-year-old actor has a daughter, named Lucinda Rose, from his previous marriage to screenwriter Jessica Goldberg.
Rabe and Linklater met on the set of the Broadway play “Seminar” which also starred Alan Rickman in 2011. They have been dating for several years after he divorced his wife Jessica in 2012.
“The Whispers” actress posted a photo on her Instagram account sporting her baby bump and informing fans of the good news. Wearing an off-shoulder, elegant purple dress with a background of The White House, Rabe informed fans that she is taking her baby to 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. in Washington, D.C.
Linklater is best known for playing Matthew Kimble in “The New Adventures Of Old Christine” and Andrew Keanelly in “The Crazy Ones.” He and Rabe just finished shooting “A Midsummer Night’s Dream.”
Season 6 of “American Horror Story” ended with Lee (Adina Porter) searching for her daughter, Flora (Saniyya Sidney), after she went missing. Lee agreed to sacrifice her life and be Priscilla’s (Estelle Hermansen) mother so that her daughter would leave the house and live a normal life. This meant that no one except Flora survived in Season 6.
It is unclear when Season 7 of “AHS” will premiere but creator Ryan Murphy is expected to share the concept in spring 2017. More details will be revealed next year.
