‘American Horror Story’ Season 3 Spoilers: ‘Coven’ Episode 3 Synopsis Leaks Online; What Will Happen ‘The Replacements’?
Another “American Horror Story” episode synopsis has leaked for “Coven.” Season 3 of the FX mini-series doesn’t premiere until Oct. 9, but you don’t have to wait until then to find out what’s going to happen in the new witchy installment.
As we previously reported, the descriptions for episodes 1 and 2 have leaked online, and now we’ve got a taste of what to expect in episode 3.
Episode 3, “The Replacements,” is set to air on Oct. 23, and will find supreme witch Fiona (Jessica Lange) taking on an “unlikely protégé.” Meanwhile, a “guilt-ridden” Zoe will try to give Kyle his “old life back,” and Madison (Emma Roberts) will have a “fiery exchange” with a new neighbor, Joan Ramsey.
For those who missed the first two episode descriptions, the “American Horror Story: Coven” premiere on Oct. 9 will introduce Zoe, a young girl who is “shattered to discover she possesses a strange genetic affliction tracing back to the dark days of Salem.” Zoe’s discovery results in her getting shipped off to Miss Robichaux’s Academy for Exceptional Young Ladies in New Orleans. And as suspected, Miss Robichaux’s isn’t your average school – it’s a place “devoted to safeguarding the few remaining descendants who share this unique bloodline.”
It’s at the academy that Zoe will meet Fiona, the most powerful witch of her generation, who has just returned to her old stomping grounds. The supreme witch is back in town harboring a secret agenda and reigniting an old rivalry with the “Coven’s deadly enemies, the Voodoo.”
Episode 2, “Boy Parts,” will air on Oct. 16 and find Fiona helping Zoe and Madison “deal with a horrible tragedy.” Meanwhile, Delphine LaLaurie (Kathy Bates) will be struggling to adjust to modern life, and Cordelia (Sarah Paulson) must “face a dark decision about her family.”
“American Horror Story” season 3 will premiere on FX on Wednesday, Oct. 9 at 10 p.m. EDT. Will you be tuning in for “Coven”? Let us know in the comments section.
