‘American Horror Story’ Season 4 Spoilers: Check Out 6 Photos From ‘Freak Show’ Episode 9, ‘Tupperware Party Massacre’
“American Horror Story” will return with episode 9 of “Freak Show” Wednesday, Dec. 10, on FX. According to the Season 4 synopsis of “Tupperware Party Massacre,” fans can anticipate a bloody good installment. Jimmy (Evan Peters) will continue mourning the death of his mother Ethel (Kathy Bates); Stanley (Denis O’Hare) and Elsa (Jessica Lange) will attempt to track down the twins (Sarah Paulson); and Maggie (Emma Roberts) will be conducting yet another one of her readings -- with none other than Dandy (Finn Wittrock).
Maggie’s interaction with the man who previously tried to saw her in half will “spur Dandy into action,” the summary teases. And if you’re curious what that could possibly hint at, just take a gander at the promo video for episode 9. The trailer kicks off with Dandy interrupting what looks like a Tupperware party by asking to use the host's phone. Once he's invited in, the promo cuts to a scene of bodies in a pool and a man screaming. Guess that’s where the “Massacre” part of “Tupperware Party Massacre” comes into play.
But episode 9 won’t be all horror! The promo photos for the upcoming installment tease another musical number in the near future. We’re just curious who will be taking the stage this time. Previously fans have seen Elsa sing David Bowie’s “Life on Mars” and Lana Del Rey’s “Gods and Monsters,” Dot perform Fiona Apple’s “Criminal” and Jimmy rock out to Nirvana’s “Come as You Are.”
And while the musical number still remains a mystery, we do know that the act will consist of Paul the Illustrated Seal (Mat Fraser) on drums and Toulouse (Drew Rin Varick) strumming away on the guitar.
Who do you think will be in front of the microphone during episode 9 of “Freak Show”? Sound off with your predictions in the comments section below before “American Horror Story” airs Wednesday, Dec. 10, at 10 p.m. EST.
