Amy Schumer is in full support of the women who have made sexual assault allegations against Bryan Callen. On Friday, Schumer took to Instagram to praise the women who spoke out about the 53-year-old’s alleged inappropriate behavior.

The Los Angeles Times published an article detailing the stories of several women who accused the actor of sexual assault and misconduct.

Schumer shared a photo of the article on her Instagram account and reflected on the bravery exhibited by the women who have come forward.

“The @latimes just published this article by @amykinla about the repeat offenses of Bryan Callen. Thank you to the brave women coming forward and sharing their stories,” she stated.

“You are saving the women who may have come after you. And to the comics who are annoyed with me for standing with these ladies what are you so afraid of?”

Schumer went on to invite the women to reach out to her if they wanted to talk about their experiences further.

“Available on my number in my bio if anyone wants to talk about Bryan or anyone else who has sexually assaulted you. @bryancallen have a nice day,” she wrote.

In the article, a female comedian claimed Callen offered to give her stage time and money if she gave him oral sex.

An aspiring actress also revealed that she had a four-year affair with Callen. At one point during their relationship, she claimed the comedian told her that women have a “biological, primal desire to be raped.”

Meanwhile, a former American Apparel salesperson claimed that Callen “pinned her against the wall of a fitting room against her will and began to kiss her.”

Callen has adamantly denied the allegations made against him in the article. “Let me be very clear: I have never raped, forced myself upon any woman nor offered to trade stage time for sex. EVER,” he said in a statement to the outlet.

“I know the truth. And I can only hold my head up high, remain true to myself, my family, my audience and know that I will not allow the cancel culture to subvert what I know and as importantly, what they know, is the truth.”
