Movie star Jim Carrey was photographed holding hands with Anchal Joseph, a model and former contestant on the show America’s Next Top Model.

The photo was taken by Splash News when the pair came out of the Broadway play Time Stands Still. The photographs can be viewed here.

Carrey’s photo with Anchal Joseph on Thursday sparked speculation that the renowned comedian has found love again after his breakup last year.

Carrey is 49 years old and Joseph, a native of India, is 24 years old.

Joseph is a young and aspiring model whose most notable role so far is participating in Tyra Banks’ show America’s Next Top Model. In the season premiere of Cycle 7, Joseph attracted some attention for wearing blue contact lenses.

She was also remembered in one episode for having a heated confrontation with fellow constant Monique Calhoun.

Previously, she did modeling work in Miami and Morocco.

Carrey’s long and illustrious career, which spans over 30 years, includes memorable roles in The Cable Guy, Liar Liar, and Ace Ventura. He recently started in the 2008 comedy film Yes Man.

Carrey broke up with longtime girlfriend Jenny McCarthy last April. The couple announced their breakup via Twitter.

“Jenny and I have just ended our 5yr relationship. I'm grateful 4 the many blessings we've shared and I wish her the very best! S'okay!” tweeted Carrey.
